Nice Unit For Limited Space

Strengths: Highly portable. Uses the same cartridge as the up-scale units. Monitoring via built in speaker.

Weaknesses: Somewhat hard to cue. Can't monitor through speakers when using RCA phono connection. The cover could have a better hinge.

Review: I purchased this unit in order to have a relatively inexpensive way to rip my lp's to mp3's. The unit is all plastic, but appears to be well constructed. In order to cue up a track or album side, I turn off the power to the unit and place the tonearm in the appropriate spot. Start up is almost instantaneous.
