Shortly after I ordered, I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer service to see if a different size could be ordered. They emailed back stating that since my mdse was set up for a quick ship date (not the exact terminology), they could not change the order. Since my order was actually shipped 3 days later after my e-mail, I find it hard to believe that a change couldn't have been made as requested. |

I've used this merchant before, I sure I will come back again. They try to keep up with fashion trends. The height of heels can come down a little though. Can't wear many of their shoes. They are cute, but too high. |

Newport News is one of my favorite sites for the new looks and highly fashionable clothes. Their prices (especially with their great sales and promotions) make looking great attainable for everyone. Love this store. |

only negative is that they don't process order right away. they said they would let me know within two days if my order goes through- that is crazy! other sites do it immediately. |

I have been pleased with the quality and workmanship of the products I have received. The clothes run true to size. My only complaint is placing an order with the intent of receiving the merchandise relatively soon. There have been many delays in prior orders. - up to 60 days. |

I love shopping with Newport News and have done so for years! It's easy, convenient and affordable. The deferred billing is an excellent option and one of the main reasons I shop Newport News, not-to-mention their excellent quality of clothing. Their excahange policy is also very easy and hassle-free. If it doesn't fit or you don't like it, you simply return it. |
