The item ordered was not described properly on their website. ("Vibrant Cardinal Red" turned out to be dark maroon!) When I requested information to return the item, it took two days to get a response from customer service. They said they had no control over the colors and I was responsible to pay the shipping, both ways, for the item. Cost me $20.00 for something I would not have ordered in the first place if the advertisement was correct. Buyers Beware! |

My shipment arrived in 4 business days. Before purchasing, my questions to the merchant's email address (listed on the website) were answered the same day. I highly recommend www.lightingshowroom.com! They carry great quality products. |
