The process of ordering was simple. The no shipping charge was visibly noted upon ordering and this was a determining factor. Everyone that has seen our new ceiling fan has loved it. We are extremely satisfied with the purchase and it looks fabulous. |

The "If available, this item ships in 2 to 3 days" is a very vague statemet. If you ares selling somthing you should know if you have it in stock or not. If by any mean it comes out that it was not in stock and is delivered more than 7 days form this date, it will be the last time that I will purchase from any merchant that includes any statemet of this kind. Excellent website...excellent return policy. One item was scratched...probably from another customer who returned it, LightingDirect gave me a credit to make up for the scratch. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. |
