Communication was quick and accurate, with on time delivery. The only issue was that the packaging was damaged a bit which compromised the packing of the software, but it did not harm the software. |

Shopping was great; however, the email I received immediately after placing the order is very confusing. It indicates that our mailing address has to be on file with our credit card carrier or there might be a delay in shipping the order. Very missleading. I called to cancel the olrder because I simply don't have the time to try and verify that information (not as easy as your message indicates) and I've never been asked that before and the card works fine only to find out that the order had shipped. |

I received a product that was DOA!!! When I contacted costcentral they told me to contact the manufactuerer. Motorola told me that the product was out of the DOA timeframe bc it was shipped 10/27/2011. I ordered the product 11/28/2011. How is this possible? I will be contacting my CC company to refute this charge and also BBB. Retailer Response (02/06/2012): Unfortunately Motorola has very strict and specific requirements for the handling of returns on their products. Generally they like to work directly with the customer to resolve whatever issue a customer is having. We did press the issue and were able to an exception and approval on an RMA for this item. I apologize for any confusion and inconvenience. |
