I ordered two (2) re-manufactured toner cartridge for my HP laser on a special 2 cartridge deal. In December of 09. I installed the first one of the 2 in January and got very satisfactory service from it, ~3500 pages (black). When I installed the second one last Friday Dec 10th, it was leaving toner strips down the right side of the paper. I cleaned it twice per the instructions without any change. I called the company and after a review of the scanned image determined that the cartridge was indeed defective, however they would not replace the defective product due to the fact that it had been so long. Their webpage specifies they will defective Refurbished Data Cartridges: For Refurbish Data Cartridges Return Policy Should the product prove defective in workmanship or material, we will replace it. They would not provide the name or contact information for the owner. Defective is Defective regardless of when the user takes it out of the box. |

When ordering Epson inks, I would like to click 1 box next to each description to order all 8 inks quickly. OR have an offering of all 8 inks offered as 1 set of 8 inks so I can click and purchase that much faster. |

The website is simple and clear. Terms are easily available. Price is signficantly lower than similar merchants. The ground delivery option was at the short end of the projected time. I was able to install the cartridge following the visual instruction sheet and so far the printed pages have been good. |
