It was very easy to place the order, it was shipped immediately and I received it ahead of the scheduled delivery date. All costs were clearly explained. No hidden charges or delays in shipping and delivery. |

I tried to purchase a camcorder that was advertised at 40% off MSRP on 12/14/11. According to their website at that time, the camcorder was in stock and available to ship with free 2-day shipping. Three days later on 12/17 I received an email that the camcorder was now out of stock and had been placed on backorder, but was expected to ship in 1-2 weeks. That was the last email I received from PCNation until 3 weeks later when I began emailing their customer service dept to find out what was going on. I found out after communicating with two different customer service reps that they could not get that particular camcorder back in stock nor could they get anything in the same price range from the same manufacturer. I suggested different brand of camcorder and asked them to at least match the cheapest price I found online since this one was not marked down as much as the one I originally ordered and they refused. Will not purchase here again. Poor communication and poor customer service. |

They offered 3-5 day free shipping. Unfortunately, they never told me they didn't have the item in stock--not until five days later after I called and asked why the product was still in the "warehouse." Very poor customer service from begining to end. |

This was my first experience with this merchant. I found the site to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. The merchandise price was excellent. I needed the merchandise quickly since I will be traveling in the near future. I selected the 3 day shipping and if it arrives on time I will definitely do additional business with this merchant. |

I ordered a gift for my husband and chose expediated shipping (the website showed it should be shipped on January 16th). In time for his Birthday on Janary 18th. When I checked on Tuesday (the 17th) to see if it had been shipped, there were no updated email in my inbox. I then checked the order status on PCNation's website and I discovered that it had been backordered. I never received any notice from PCNation. Not good business! |

When I ordered my GPS the web page said they were in stock,but it turned out they were on backorder.I called right away because I had payed for next day delivery.The person I got on the phone was very helpful and got the GPS ordered from another supplyer and I got my GPS the next day just like they said I would.I was very impressed with their custormer service and I will buy from them in the future. |

I placed this order with a 3 day FEDEX delivery. After 3 days PC Nation called and said it would be late, but promised that it would be delivered on 12//23/11. Today the web site says it is back ordered. Customer servis says it will now be delivered late next week, MAYBE. I will never buy anything from PC Nation again. |

I wonder if the price reduced Fedex overnight delivery will actually happen on Sat Dec 24 right in the middle of the super busy days before the Christmas weekend. So far, ordering and entering all the necessary info went quick and easy. |

As of 12-14 order has not been shipped i feel that this is a BOGUS internet company. DO NOT ORDER WITH CREDIT CARD FROM THIS COMPANY. No one get on phone nor do they call you back. |
