I've always purchased my Windows 7 from Elecsurf, and at first would rave about them, as they were quick, and had excellent customer service. Lately their customer service stinks, and I don't like being made to feel like I'm trying to cheat them when a keycode ends up not be good. If I find someone else as inexpensive and who has better customer service, I'll be shopping elsewhere. |

Ordered software; was not told it was non-refundable until I requested a refund. The product key did not work. They guarantee answering emails within 12 hours 7/24. Takes average of 2-3 days to get a reply. WILL never order from this company again or any company that does not have a phone number that I can reach them by. Ordered 10/14/2011 and still have not received DVD as of 10/22/2011. |

I am a small business Owner and found out when i bought the software from this individual, and realized after the purchase that the software he was selling me was MDSN product of Office 2010, the key was Valid but the License Agreement by Microsoft when under subscription with MDSN and used to sell it on the market for resale, is in violation and consider a counterfeit. Do Not Read what the reviews are they are inconclusive. I suggest everybody wanting to buy from him is stay away from this person website. One more thing wanted to mention there is only like 3 organization that is allowed for downloading of this software, Do not quote me on it, its Dell and HP and another one. I have filed a Dispute with my bank to obtain my Money back from this individual and it will not happen again. My Advise for all the Buyers, watch very carefully, check for everything Partner with microsoft, click on microsoft emblem and see if it will send you to there website. Just becareful! |

I would have liked to have had more information, I am doing a clean install on a new hard drive and wanted to be sure when I burn my own disc that it will boot and install from it. Software would not download did not get an answer back from my e-mail for 4 days. I am satisfied with the resoultion if in fact they do send me the disc that they promised |
