I have searching for a Hard Drive for weeks . CDW always lists the best price and then when you go to there site the price is a lot higher. False ads> I will not deal with them ever. |

Ordered 10/25/10. CDW requested copy of driver's license. Attempts to provide alternative info and secure an answer to question of need for driver's license copy were not responded to. Chat feature was unavailable during business hours and email went answered as of 11/09/10. |

I put down 70 days only because I still haven't received the portion of my order that is backordered. The CDW website lists the item a "Available" and "Same Day Shipping" but I keep getting the backordered story. I like CDW's product selection and their prices are reasonable but I'm not sure I'll order from them again. |

My order was placed on 11/10/2008 for Canon WD-H37 Wide Conversion Lens. I received Canon Video Light VL-5 instead. Called CDW several times, they finally took it back. Then I received the item for a second time and it was again Canon Video Light VL-5. Yet another round of calls and e-mails and they ewentually took it back, and were supposed to ship the right part. On 12/10/2008 that is one month after the order has been placed I got an e-mail sayting that they issued a credit without shipping the right part despite the fact the part I have ordered is still orderable through their web-site. The representative says it is a misprint and the part I would like to get is twice more expensive and if I want to get that want I have to order that different part. So, although it looks like I will get my money back - they misadvertised the product and have not corrected the problem for a month despite my numerous calls and e-mails. I am ordering from competition for $20 more, not worth the hassle |

DO NOT TRUST 'RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES' ON CDW.COM Along with a new OKI mono laser we purchased 2 hi yield toner/drums from CDW. These 3 items were quoted by a CDW senior account rep. When it was time to replace the old stock toner with hi yield we realized it was the inncorrect toner. CDW refused to replace the $338.00 in toner with the correct ones because it was passed 60 days. However, they did apologize several times while talking in circles and blaming OKI DATA for publishing the mistake on their site. Aside from sales reps hounding me over the years, CDW.com is a good resource for researching some products. For purchasing, I much prefer provantage.com. |

One word of caution, this vendor does not want customers to receive mail at a UPS Store. I had great service doing business with them for years, but once they learned where I received packages, they shut down my account. Period. I did not want packages sitting out on my front step at home. |

I ordered a 19" flat screen NEC monitor from CDW. I use that brand at work and I knew it was a good monitor. I was skeptical to order at first because it was such a good price, but decided to take a chance. The electronic/computer dealers in my city offer this monitor, but was out of stock. Not only did the monitor arrive on time, it was eveything I expected. CDW not only provides delivery as expected, but good prices as well. I highly recommend CDW. |

I don't understand you people!! This was the most pleasant experience I ever had. I almost wanted to not buy from them, reading all bad reviews and in spite of it, their price was the best so I took a risk. After 25 hours from my order the UPS man ring the bell .I was stunned. I couldn't wait to come online register, give my email address (I never do it) only to say that this was the best service I ever had. The shipping was for ground 2-5 days and was took only 25 hours. They are the Best!!!!!! |

I ordered products from Vendor A, Vendor B and CDW on April 21. I have received my products from Vendor A and Vendor B but not from CDW. I just checked the status of my CDW order and it lists backordered. No notification at all, just happen to check and notice 7 days after placing my order that it is on backorder. I am waiting for their phones to open so I can cancel my order and never order from CDW again. |

That was the lousiest company I've ever dealt with, and has the worst customer service. I ordered a product that was ready for same day delivery, it wasn't shipped for 2 days. I've cancelled the order, and I'm still trying to get them to charge my credit card back. They say they are not aware of the charge. |

I would not buy again. I will ensure people know how badly I was treated. The short story is, they did not honor the order, I was lied to by several reps, they called my husband a lier, and I could not break through the endless loop of red tape. Bottom line, if you are not a "big" company - go elsewhere. |

I ordered Office 2003, they did not have the best price, but figured they were more reliable. Well after ordeing rush service, the day after I ordered the software I had 4 calls from them on the order. They needed proof I was in school for the academic software. Then they need fax of my schedule. Then they could not ship it to a work address. Then they could not find my credit card info that I had given to the 800 number. I ended up cancelling the order, and will go to another site & pay more. |

By far the best price on the GPS I ordered! I missed the cutoff time for same day shipment, but it shipped the next day, as promised. I was charged for a 2nd item that was backordered, however, and I felt that their communication on the backorder situation and the expected shipping date was poor ("We hope to get a few units and will send yours promptly."). After two weeks, I asked for a refund, and it was issued immediately. I would probably order from them again, but would verify stock first. |

CDW is the best! Very responsive and ver helpful. Anyone who gives CDW a 1 star is a fool. I love working with CDW, they have helped me out of so many IT jams. They are a Fortune 500 company, They are the 14th best company to work for in America and they are the most admired company in their industry......they have to be doing a couple things right. I would recommend CDW to anyone. |

CDW probably isn't the place for non-corporate buyers. I have a corp. account and can call my rep day or night to place orders. Prices can be a bit high sometimes but my rep is always willing to negotiate and I can frequently get over-night shipping for $15 or less. Highly recommended for corporate buyers. |

I ordered a fax software from CDW, then called with a question and they did not have tech support on it. Called MFG to find product would not do what I needed it to. Change from letter to legal. CDW says they won't return the product because the troubleshooting took us out of the 30 day window and the MFG won't return. $1,000 mistake to buy from CDW. Problems after 30 days -- you own them. |

They have very great customer service. I bought an OEM GPS on Mar 9th, and I got it on Mar 10th. I found that it is with no software , and I call them. They picked the phone up very soon and help me solve my problem. Even though I still didn't find where I can get the software, I still had a great experience with them. You can trust them. |

I tried to buy a Asus A8N-SLI motherboard from CDW, starting back in December of 2004. They shipped the board one week later but it never arrived and went back to CDW. After a few weeks, I called and found out what happened. They created a replacement order that never shipped. I cancelled the replacement order in February. All the money I paid was properly refunded. |

Started dealing with them in view of thier TV commericals. Will not repeat that mistake. Had to describe what a UPS was to my former sales rep for almost 1/2 hr. Often it takes a phone call and sometimes several to get thier best price. Many products I want are listed on thier website with "Please Call" instead of $$. Don't have time for that. This transaction took almost three weeks + repeated phone calls for software that was only licenses to be emailed to me. Delay blamed on mfg. |

I would make another purchase with CDW. I would recommend CDW to anyone purchasing hardware, software or accessories. I have purchased from CDW well over 15 years now. I have never had a problem with anyone at CDW. They have always been responsive and helpful everytime. The people that have a problem with CDW don't know what they want and expect something for nothing. CDW could never get a 1 star rating. If you buy something, don't throw away the box. Some of these reviews are unvalid. |

CDW's service has slipped recently. CDW is great for corporate customers who get special pricing from CDW and only want to deal with one vendor. Even though I have access to corporate pricing, I still find CDW's price to be uncompetitive with other reputable sellers and now will only buy from CDW if I need the part right away (I'm close enough to CDW that I can send an employee to pick up the item). |
