Original order was misplaced. I called on 1/25/12 and spoke with Robby (x116) who found the order and expedited its shipment. Mistakes do happen and Robby was very helpful in resolving it. |

The product that I wanted was available at a very good price, but I was disappointed to get an email on a Sunday stating that my order has shipped. I knew it wouldn't actually ship on Sunday, but I figured it would be shipping on Monday based on that status. It didn't actually ship until Tuesday and I couldn't get status until Wednesday. I'd rather get an honest status email that tells me what to expect, rather than be told my item has shipped when it won't actually ship for another 2 days. |
