Ariella - (January 23, 2001) This movie is one of my favorites. It deals with romance and adventure, two things that generally are hard to find in movies. My whole family loves it.

atomicsox - (May 12, 2001) Star Wars is the pioneer of the special effects movies. The difference of SW and many of todays 'special effects' showcases is that it had an excellent SF storyline which made for the excellent sequels. It is an adventure that gets better with repeatedly viewing. Although the special effects in this movie appear contrived compared to today's, one has to look very closely to notice the mistakes. This is the prime reason George Lucas later re-made the original into what it should have been the first time. An excellently cast movie, good direction, good story: Darth Vader is the absolute personification of the arch villain. A classic story of good versus evil.

BigBluMonster - (01/25/2012) If you have the DVD Hyperdrive edition don't bother. Not a great remastering and pretty poor extras for a modern Blu Ray release. Sound varies from acceptable to BADLY distorted. Bit of a let-down after all the delays and waiting.

iamagod123 - (09/20/2011) Saw a pre-release of this film and fell in love with it! It's dark and unsettling in the mold of David Lynch. The soundtrack is wonderful, featuring artists such as Kristeen Young. A wonderful film, buy it if you like dark, surreal horror! and you won't be disappointed!

jacqueline10 - (03/26/2011) Offspring is a wonderfful book about this clan with feral kids and adults.That eat and attack humans.Its pretty grusome.Just To think that kids and people could do this type of stuff.And they have this thing were its almost like a type of religion where they need a baby.And they come across a nice couple that have what there looking for a baby.While the clan tries to make up a plan.There friend comes over and her son. But what you dont know is that murders like this have happen a lot cand these people are cannibals.So they must fight for survival.It has many twist and turns what make it such a wonderful movie.I recommand this book to people that dont like gory things but then like suspense and horror.
